3. Payment Terms

Clients will only be charged $25 for each appointment that shows up.Appointments are considered "qualified" if they meet the pre-agreed criteria within 48 hours of the booking.All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice, and services may be paused if payments are overdue.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide an accurate and up-to-date customer list.Clients are responsible for qualifying leads and notifying Pay Per Show of any disqualified leads within 48 hours of the appointment.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the service with written notice.Pay Per Show reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if the client violates these terms.

6. Disclaimer

Pay Per Show makes no guarantees about the number of booked appointments or sales generated from the service. Results may vary depending on the quality of the customer list and engagement.

7. Liability

Pay Per Show is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
